Sessions
Individual, partner and family sessions are 45-50 minutes in length.
Please note that at present all sessions are being conducted via telehealth. Due to telehealth regulations, clients must reside in Maryland or Virginia.
At some point in the future, I hope to offer outdoor and office sessions on a limited basis. Please let me know if you would like to hear more about these options.
New parents are welcome/encouraged to bring their babies to session for practical and healing purposes. Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are precious and tough, our work together can include healing with your new dear one.

All sessions are $250.
It is inherently problematic for a white person to financially benefit from white supremacy, even if my work intends to dismantle these oppressive systems within us. In recognition, I donate 5% of each session fee to BIPOC & LGBTQIA organizations and individuals who labor against systemic violence and oppression.
I am an out of network provider for most health insurance companies. If you have out of network benefits, many insurance companies will reimburse you 50-85% of each session fee. This process is not as daunting as it sounds, and I will make it easy for you to verify your benefits and get reimbursed.
